Abstract

Objective To verify the clinical value of serum pre-albumin(PA),total bile acid(TBA) and cholinesterase(CHE) detection in progress of hepatitis B.Methods 141 patients who were detected and identified as progressive hepatitis B and 42 healthy normal controls were selected.Their PA,TBA and CHE were tested by HITACHI 7600-020 automatic analyzer. Results Compared with the control group, there were differences in terms of PA,TBA and CHE in cirrhosis group, liver cancer group and the HBeAg positive group, and the differences had statistical significance(P0.05).There was no statistical significance between the HBeAg negative group and control group in PA and CHE(P0.05);but the difference between the HBeAg negative group and control group in TBA was statistically significant(P0.05).The degree of decline of PA and CHE was arranged respectively as the liver cancer group, the cirrhosis group, and the HBeAg positive group, while the rising degree of TBA was respectively the cirrhosis group, the liver cancer group, the HBeAg positive group, and the HBeAg negative group. Conclusion The joint detection of PA,TBA and CHE is a good detection indicator to reflect the damage degree, the liver synthetic function and reserve function. It can provide reference for clinical treatment and monitoring.
