Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum prealbumin(PA),total bile acid(TBA) and cholinesterase(CHE) levels changes in liver cirrhosis.Method Detected and analysis the serum levels of PA,TBA and CHE of 80 cases of liver cirrhosis and 50 normal controls at the same time. Results With progressively increasing of Child-Pugh classification of liver cirrhosis,PA and CHE levels were significantly lower,TBA was significantly higher compared with the normal control group, and difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusion Serum PA,TBA and CHE levels in patients with liver cirrhosis have important guiding significance in disease diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy.
