Abstract
The production of cellulase from solid-state fermentation was studied using Trichoderma koningii TZ-1 as the experimental strain.The results showed that pH was 5.5 in the initial conditions,the optimum temperature for 30℃,the best solid -state fermentation culture time was 96 hours,the optimum inoculum 10%,in order to study solid-state fermentation of cellulase to provide a reference.
