Abstract

In order to popularize the production and application of cellulose's solid fermentation, trichoderma koningii LW-1 was tested for its cellulose by solid fermentation. The following results were confirmed:initial pH 6. 0,opti-mum temperature 28℃,optimum culture time for solid fermentation 108 h,optimal inoculation amount 8%.
