Abstract
The solid fermentation condition for cellulose production by Trichoderma koningii was optimized. The activities of FPA,CMCase were assayed. The results showed: the ideal prescription for cellulase complex production by Trichoderma koningii and the solid fermentation condition were that using straw powder/wheat bran(3∶2) as carbon source,300% water,1% NH4SO2,0.1% Tween-80,cultured 4 days at 28 ℃.The initial pH could affect the CMC activity greatly, the highest enzyme activity occurred at pH 3.0,but the initial pH affected the FPA activity slightly, the highest activity occurred at pH 5.0.
