Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish a quantitative method to determine the content of gallic acid in 21-component Hanshuishi Powder.MethodsThe content of gallic acid in 21-component Hanshuishi powder was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on Kromasil C_(18) column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(5∶95) and detected at wavelength of 274 nm.ResultsThe linearity of the method was good at range of 0.020 6~0.247 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 99.1%,RSD was 1.3%.ConclusionThe method is convenient, accurate, and can be used for the determination of gallic acid in 21-component Hanshuishi Powder.
