Abstract

In this paper,the main content of the Dodd-Frank Act introduced based on three perspectives: first,to prevent systemic risk financial regulatory arrangements;reform of the financial regulatory organizations;Third,the protection of the rights of financial consumersto analyze the subprime mortgage crisis,the U.S.financial regulatory system reform and its impact.The major mistakes of the financial sector and financial regulatory measures,the root causes that led to the current crisis.The introduction of the Dodd-Frank Act,to reshape the financial system in the United States,one of the key initiatives to prevent the outbreak of systemic financial risk.The bill proposed operating rules and supervision of the financial system in the United States,a new way of thinking,referred to as a milestone in the U.S.financial regulatory reform
