Abstract

adjustment of financial regulatory system has the historical characteristics of the crisis-orientation.After U.S.subprime mortgage crisis the resulting global financial crisis threatening the globe,governments,particularly the government of the United States,re-examined the financial regulatory system suggested a series of adjustment programs.Blueprint for a Modernized Regulatory Stucture,Financial Reform Framework and Financial Regulatory Reform——a New Foundation: Reconstruction of Supervision the other programs released by the U.S.government,and The Wall Street Reform Consumer Protection Act,passed by the Houses of the U.S.Congress,have all become the weathervanes of the reform of the U.S.financial regulatory system.Understanding the recent progress of U.S.financial regulatory system the ideas of its regulatory reform can be a reference for sound financial regulatory system in post-crisis ages in China.
