Abstract
After U.S.financial crisis,the Western developed countries affected by the crisis largely as well as some international organizations,have proposed and implemented a series of financial regulatory reform program.Those reforms reflect the international financial regulatory reform trends,which is to strengthen macro-prudential supervision,prevent systemic risk,expand the scope of regulation,emphasize the overall supervision of the concept,highlight the role of central bank in the financial regulation,strengthen protection to financial consumers, strengthen great importance to international regulatory cooperation and so on.China's financial system,less affected by the financial crisis,should also analyse their financial system risk factors in-depth,following the international financial regulatory system reform trends,learn from experience of successful reform in developed countries,and further improve our financial regulatory mechanism.
