Abstract

The outbreak of the global financial crisis,exposing the financial regulatory system of the United States is full of loopholes.As a result,the U.S.government introduced the largest financial reform program since 1930s in June 2009.The program not only for the United States,but also to the international financial regulatory system will have a major impact,some of suggestions and measures are particularly worthy of attention and think.This article traces the history of the U.S.financial regulatory system to find out the changes,examines the characteristics and shortcomings of the current U.S.financial regulatory system,combined with the content of the financial regulatory reform program,analyze their characteristics and doubt,Find out the some enlightenment for China's financial regulatory system
