Abstract

Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalinin Xiaoerganke Granules.Methods:A DiamonsilTM C_18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-H_3PO_4(49∶51∶0.2);the flow rate was:1.0mL/min;the wavelength for detection was 280nm.Results:The average recovery rate for Baicalinwas 98.6%,and RSD was 1.3%.The RSD of the reproducibility was 2.0%.Conclusion:The procedure is simple and reliable.The results are stable and reproducible.The method can be used for evaluation the quality of Xiaoerganke Granules.
