Abstract
Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Changyijie granules.Methods HPLC was used with Phenomenex-C_(18)column(4.6 mm×250 mm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%H_3PO_4(49∶51),detection wavelength was at 280 nm.Results The standard curves of baicalin was the linear over the rang of 0.01~0.393 mg·mL~(-1) and the recovery was 96.02%(RSD=2.35%).Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,reproductive and can be used for quality control of Changyijie granules.
