Abstract
The construction of ecological civilization is the inherent requirements of study and practice scientific concept of development,building a harmonious socialist society.Marx and Engels’ discussion about the relationship between human and nature pointed out the overall direction for us to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between human society and environment,and build community ecological civilization.The scientific concept of development provides a theoretical basis for Chinese ecological civilization construction.
