Abstract

We can study the ecological civilization from different angles.We put forward that a new concept of ecological civilization is a strategic choice,ecological civilization in the modern civilization system occupies a unique position.Ecological civilization not only is a matter of theory,but a matter of practice,it is focusing on its construction.
