Abstract

The report of the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC bring forward the concept of ecological civilization at the first time,the construction of ecological civilization is the connotation of the concept of scientific development.At present,China's ecological problems of the more prominent,therefore,effective measures must be taken to build the ecological civilization.
