Abstract
The ecological civilization is the product of critical reflection on the ecological crisis caused by the traditional industrial civilization,is an inevitable trend of development of civilization.Harmony between man and nature together,are both the inevitable requirement of the ecological civilization construction and reflection of the values of the scientific concept of development.The construction of ecological civilization is comprehensively implementing the scientific concept of development in the meaning of title.Using the concept of scientific development to guide the construction of ecological civilization,the key is to establish the concept of ecological civilization,innovative eco-development model to build green and sustainable consumption patterns,improve the ecological system of the legal system.
