Power Balance and State Power Balance Structure

A state has the same information mechanism as a corporation. The power balance structure is aimed at resolving the trust-agent problems, and the balance structure of decision_making, implementation and supervision is formed in a state operation group. The taxpayers are really the main body of a state power. But there are still many differences in purposes and other aspects between a state and a corporation. The state power balance structure has its specific characteristics, in which the most of all lies in strengthening the two-chamber system, with implementing power and making decisions institutions, and the political parties with politics.
