Abstract
The essay expounds the two forms of power structure existing within colleges, the academic power and the administrative power. Based on a theoretical analysis of the meaning and the correlation of the two kinds of power, the author proposes some countermeasures to maintain the balance of them, thereby to guarantee a proper operation of colleges.
