Abstract
Objective:To study the levels of CD 62p in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction and its effect in cerebral ischemic damage. Methods:Platelet surface glycoprotein CD 62p in 150 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 nomal person were measured by flow cytometry. Results:The levels of CD 62p in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction were increased significantly. The differences were significant in acute and relief phases. Conclusion:CD 62p plays a role in the occurance and development of cerebral ischemic damage.
