Abstract
OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method for the determination of a baicalin in Dahuanglinge Granules was established.METHODS:Nova-pakC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)column Was used with methanol-water-0.2% phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2) as mobile phase.Content Was detected at a wavelength of 280 nm with the column temperature at 25℃ and flow rate 1 mL·min~ -1 . RESULTS: The linear range was 4~20 μg·mL~ -1 for baicalin with r=0.999 8. The average recovery rate was 98.8%,RSD=1.5% (n=5) for baicalin.CONCLUSION:The method Was simple and accurate. The result is stable.
