Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of baicalin in Qinghouyan Granules.Methods Baicalin of Qinghouyan Granules was determined by HPLC on Inertsil-ODS-3(5μm 4.6×15 mm) column with methanol-water-acetic acid(50∶50∶1)as a mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1)and the detective wavelength was at 206 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship in range of 0.210~1.05 μg for the baicalin(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.68%,and RSD was 0.52%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible with a strong specificity,and be used for the quality control of baicalin in Qinghouyan Granules.
