Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules.Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid(45∶55),the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1,the detection wavelength was at 277 nm,the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃,the inject volume was 10 μL.Result: A good linear correlation of baicalin was observed within the range of 2.128-106.4 μg·min-1.The average recovery was 101.50% with RSD 1.00%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate;it can be used for the determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules.
