On Reform of Oil Enterprises and Establishment of Property Right System

Abstract
The transition of organization system of oil industry is in conformity with the reformed property right mode of state enterprises. However,some problems in property right system have arisen since the recombinition of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation. In view of above-mentioned reason, this paper suggests some approaches and measures to perfect the system of property right.
