Abstract
The problem of property right and its theories play a vital role in state-owned enterprises as well as in the development of economics. The present essay, through the analysis of the inherent unity between the regulations of property right and the market economy, aims to illustrate that the renewal of the regulations of property right in state-owned enterprises is an objective demand in establishing our socialist market economy system. This can serve to perfect our country's property right theories and promote our reform of the property right system in state-owned enterprises.
