Psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients the impact of perioperative

Objective To evaluate the psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients the effects of perioperative results and value.Methods A total of 56 patients with breast cancer according to different methods of care were randomly divided into group A(conventional primary care psychological care) 28 cases and group B 28 patients(routine primary care) were compared to SAS,SDS and changes in quality of life score situation.Results A group psychological intervention after the SAS score,SDS score at discharge was significantly lower than the time of admission,and SAS score,SDS score of group B at discharge than at admission did not change significantly,but SAS score,SDS scores of the discharge of group A were significantly lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Group psychological intervention quality of life scores of A group were higher than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative give targeted,systematic perioperative intervention can significantly improve the psychological care of patients with breast cancer,anxiety,depression,mental status,while improving the quality of life of patients and promote early recovery of patients.
