Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on psychological state and pain of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients. Methods In our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 for modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in 80 patients, were divided into intervention group and control group, each group 40 cases,control group were given routine care, the intervention group implement comfortable nursing intervention, SAS score,SDS score, pain relief rate were compared between two groups. Results At the time of discharge, SAS, SDS scores of two groups of patients were significantly lower at the time of admission(P0.05), and the SAS, SDS scores of intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group(P0.05). The observation group patients postoperative pain relief rate was 90%(36/40), significantly higher than the control group 70%(28/40),the difference was significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in perioperative patients implement comfortable nursing,can obviously relieve the negative psychology of patients, reduce the pain of patients, conducive to the resumption of the disease.
