The psychological status about nursing intervention on perioperative of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To evaluate the psychological status about nursing intervention on perioperative of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Select ectopic pregnancy surgery patients,120 patients were randomly divided into two groups:60 cases in the control group,60 cases in the observation group.Control groups with routine care.Observation group:conventional care,based on the whole course of perioperative nursing interventions.Preoperatively 24 h,anesthesia ago,after 24 h were used self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),assess the psychological status of patients.Results:Preoperative 24 h:two SAS,SDS score was not significant,and comparable(P0.05);anesthesia ago:observer group SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences(P0.001);after 24 h:observation group SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences(P0.001).Conclusion:Whole nursing interventions on patients with ectopic pregnancy perioperative treatment and psychological state of great help,suggests that further clinical application.
