Abstract
Objective To study the variation of serum IL-6 and TNF-α of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2012 were selected as observation group, and 62 healthy personnel at the same time were selected as control group, then the content and positive rate of serum IL-6 and TNF-αof two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The content and positive rate of serum IL-6 and TNF-α of observation group were all higher than those of control group, those of patients with severe cerebral infarction were all higher than those of patients with mild and moderate cerebral infarction, those of patients with mild cerebral infarction were all higherthan those of patients with patients with moderate cerebral infarction, all P 0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The serum IL-6 and TNF-α of patients with acute cerebral infarction are all higher, and it has clinical significance for understanding the severity of disease.
