Abstract
The leaves and scale leaves of five lily species were cultivated on MS basic medium, supplemented with different concentration of NAA, 6-BA, TDZ and 2.4-D. The result showed that adventitious buds were induced directly from the leaves when they were cultivated on MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L or MS+2.4-D 0.2 mg/L+TDZ 2.0 mg/L. The highest induction rate of adventitious bud was 20%. When the scale leaves were cultivated on MS+NAA 0.03 mg/L, MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+2.4-D 0.2 mg/L medium. Adventitious buds were inducted. The induction rate adventitious buds was the highest on MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L medium, theses adventitious buds could bring up new scale bulbs when they were continuously cultured.
