Specialized Training of Speed Skating

By studying on the non-ice training of 16 athlets from Speed Skating Team of Competitive Sports School of Shenyang Sport Univerisity for many years(6 master sportsmen,10 national first class athletes),and according to the need of reserch,looking up a lot of related books and documents,with the opinion on the study by interviewing some professional speed skating coaches,know and find that the technology of speed skating is a relatively unstable factor and gaps of technical training exist on the land. Comparison and analysis of the method and mean of specialized training,pay attention to discuss the infl uence which different problems using targeted training methods and movements affect the skaing technology and performance in specialized traning.
