Development Trend of the Specialized Training Methods and Means of World Short Track Speed Skating

As an advantage event of Chinese winter sports,the training methods and means of short track speed skating are representative and advanced.With the investigation into the training methods of several short track speed skating power countries,the paper shows the application of different training means.As a reference for developing the specialized training methods of Chinese short track speed skating,it indicates the high-level skaters' modern training is more specialized with more highlighted intensity,and is flexible in application of training cycle theory aiming at the competitions.
