Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of High-skilled Talents in Liaoning Province

For a long time,owing to traditional attitudes,lack of personal and national inputs and the imperfect cultivation system of high-skilled talents,shortage phenomenon of high-skilled talents in China is currently very serious.Mechanics shortage exists in most provinces.In view of this,focusing on analysis of supply,demand and cultivation of talents in all regions of Liaoning province,the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures of high skilled talents construction in our province from three aspects:the Governments,businesses and schools.
