Problems and Countermeasures on Talents Accumulation in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan District

There are three less and three phenomena on talents accumulation in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan district,which are:less attractive talent environment,less talent performance,less degree of industrial clustering;lack of skilled talents,lack of advanced technical talents and lack of advanced management talents.Therefore,we should attach great importance to talents accumulation,pay much attention to adjust industrial structure,develop education career and build a market arena for talents,also focus on raising the level of talents accumulation.
