Profile of high-level scientific and technological talents in Jiangxi province and the comparison in central regions

This study aimed to analyze,the information of high-level scientific and technological talent development in Jiangxi province from national,ministerial and provincial levels.The development situations in the central regions provinces were also compared.The results showed that there were great gap in quantity and quality of high-level talent among Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan and Anhui provinces.The main bottlenecks of high-level scientific and technological talents development in Jiangxi Province were found to be the lack of the innovative high-level talents,shortage of investment funds,difficulty for gathering high-level talents.
