Status Analysis on the Agricultural Machinery Talents and Countermeasures in Guizhou Province

On the basis of the spot investigation in the department of agricultural machinery in Guizhou Province,the status of agricultural machinery talents is analyzed.There existed some problems such as the talent resources and opportunity of education and training are deficient,the age structure is unbalanced,and the professional title and educational background structures are unreasonable and so on.The development demands of agricultural machinery talents are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward including introducing talents,retaining talents,strengthening education and training,cultivating discipline leaders,and developing agricultural machinery talents supply and demand information management system,etc.
