Abstract
Objective A retrospective investigation of sonogram characterization of ceasarean scar pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography and to discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography for cesaren scar pregnancy.Methods 67 patients with casarean scar pregnancy were examined by ultrasonography at the Luohe central Hospital,from January 2010 to July 2012,compared with the last clinical diagnosis.Results transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis had 89%(60 /67) fit to the clinical diagnosis which were 60 cases in 67.Conclusion transvaginal ultrasonography has vital diagnostic value for cesarean scar pregnancy,and it plays an important role in making invasive treatment decision.
