Abstract
Objective To carry out the clinical study on curative effect of multi-channel treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Treatment group was given antibiotics at menstrual period intravenously and retention enema after period.Control group was given antibiotics only at menstrual period intravenously.Efficacy evaluation was performed after three courses of treatment, and a follow-up of one-year was carried out to observe the relapse rates of two groups. Results The effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 80.00% in control group. The rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and difference between the two groups was significan(tP0.05).Relapse rate was 4.2% in treatment group and 12.00% in control group,so the relapse rate was higher in control group and the difference between the two groups was also significant (P0.05).Conclusion The multi-channel treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a good clinical effect.
