Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fibriuretinin sequential in combined with kinesiatrics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation, and their effect on the serum inflammatory indicators. Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic inflammation who were included in the study and divided into the treatment group( n = 50)and the control group( n = 50) according to different treatment protocols. The patients in the treatment group were given fibriuretinin sequential in combined with kinesiatrics, while the patients in the control group were orally given metronidazole in combined with levofloxacin. Six-week treatment was regarded as one course. After one course treatment, the changes of serum inflammatory indicators, the improvement of clinicalsymptom scores, and the clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed. Results The comparison of PCT and CRP contents after treatment were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment( P 0. 05). The contents of the above two indicators after treatment in the treatment group were significantly reduced when compared with the control group( P 0. 05). The scores of lower abdominal pain, fallswell, leucorrhea shape, leucorrhea quantity, fatigue and debilitation after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment( P 0. 05). The treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group( P 0.05). The efficacy after treatment in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group( P 0.05). Conclusion Fibriuretinin sequential in combined with kinesiatrics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and control the progression of the inflammation with a significant effect.
