Efficacy Observation of Fukeqianjin Capsules Combined Ofloxacin for the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of Fukeqianjin capsules combined ofloxacin for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 90 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease received in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according with the admitted sequence of odd and even numbers,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given ofloxacin capsules,and the observation group was given Fukeqianjin capsules based on the control group. The efficacy,symptoms improved time,adverse reactions and recurrence rates in the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 8%,significantly higher than the control group( 84. 4%),the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 4. 939,P 0. 05); the relief time of abdominal pain and cervical pain in observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( t = 5. 985,7. 248,P 0. 05); The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 2. 2%,significantly lower than the control group( 17. 8%),the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 6. 049,P 0. 05); recurrence rate in observation group was 11. 1%,significantly lower than the control group( 28. 9%),the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 4. 44,P 0. 05). Conclusions Fukeqianjin capsules combined with ofloxacin for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory had significant effect,less adverse reactions and less recurrence rate,it was worthy of clinical promotion.
