Abstract
Objective: To establish a determination method of baicalin in Xiaoerzhikeling Granule.Method: HPLC,column: ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(45∶55,v/v),wavelength 280 nm.Result: The linear range was 0.122~0.732 μg(r=0.999 6) and recovery rate was 99.9%(RSD=0.56%).Conclusion: This method is convenient,sensitive and accurate.And it can be used as standard quality control of Xiaoerzhikeling Granule.
