Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoerjiebiao granule.METHODS: HPLC method was used.The AICHROMA C18(4.6mm×250mm,5mm) was adopted as chromatographic column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50∶50∶0.2).The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the column temperature was room temperature.RESULT: The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 10.02~50.10μg(r=0.9995),the average recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD=1.25%(n=5).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used as the Method of determination for the preparations.
