Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used on an Agilent XDB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,4.6 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(47∶53) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 with detection wavelength at 280 nm and column temperature at 40 ℃.Result: The regression equation of baicalin is A=34 884.9C-19 478.8,R2=1.000 0(n=6).The linear range of baicalin was from 1.482-148.2 g·L-1.The average recovery was 97.8%,and RSD was 1.9%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule.
