Abstract

Objective:To exlpore clinical significance of the detection of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αin the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:A total of 167puerpera were selected as the research objects.According to the levels of blood glucose and blood pressure, the objects were divided into three groups:normal pregnancy group(group A)including 51cases,GDM ncy group(group B)including 56cases and GDM complicated with PIH group(group C)including 60cases.The fasting venous blood and 24hours urine in three groups were collected and blood uric acid(BUA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)levels and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were detected and analyzed. Results:The serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,TNF-α,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C levels and UAER of the three groups were increased gradually, and HDL-C level showed a decreasing trend. The differences between each two groups of the three groups were all significant(P0.05).BUA,BUN,SCr levels in three groups showed an increasing trend, but the difference between the group A and group B was not significant(P0.05)and there was significant difference between group C and group A or B(P0.05);the correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6levels and FPG,BUA,BUN,SCr levels and UAER(P0.05),and hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with IL-6and TNF-αlevels(P0.05),there were no correlation between other indexes(P0.05).Conclusions:Renal dysfunction and increasing inflammatory factors levels such as hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6may be taken as the markers for screening and diagnosis of GDM complicated with PIH.These three kinds of inflammatory factors are positively correlated with the symptoms of high blood glucose, renal injury, proteinuria in the patients with GDM complicated with PIH.This relationship should be taken serious and patients should be diagnosed and treated in time.
