Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes and clinical significances of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8) and urinary albumin(UAlb) levels in cases with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and UAlb were detected by radioimmunoassay, the level of serum CRP was detected by immunoturbidimetry. Results:The serum level of CRP in GDM group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01);the serum level of CRP in GIGT group was higher than that in control group, but there was no significant difference(P0.05);the serum level of IL-6 in GDM group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01);the serum level of IL-6 in GIGT group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05);the serum level of IL-8 in GDM group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01);the serum level of IL-8 in GIGT group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05);the serum level of UAlb in GDM group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01);the serum level of UAlb in GIGT group was higher than that in control group, but there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and UAlb in GDM group and GIGT group change in different degree, the detection of their levels has a certain clinical significance in understanding the condition of GDM and evaluating the prognosis.
