Abstract

Based on the analysis of the new problems in the labor union work of an enterprise,this essay gives relevant solutions and suggestions in the aspects of perfecting the functions of the two-level labor unions,safeguarding the legal rights of different groups,and establishing and perfecting a new mechanism of the labor union work.
