Discussion on How the Labor Union of the Modern Enterprises to Realize Its Own Value

This paper analyzes on the main problems faced by the labor union of the modern enterprises under the new situation, points out that the main responsibility of the labor union of the modern enterprises should do its best to protect the legal right of the workers and perform meritorious deeds for completely realizing the developing target of the enterprise, and puts forward some concrete measures for doing well the work of the labor union.
