Abstract

Promoting the construction of the harmonious enterprise is the mission of the labor union to service the overall interests and exercise the functions.This paper puts forward some new ideas of the work of the labor union from four aspects of exercising the basic functions,sticking to the twoblending into,maintaining enterprise stability,and improving enterprise quality.
