College Labor Union with Legitimate Management

This paper starts with an analysis of the contents and significance of the policy of ruling the school in accordance with the law. The second part delves into the basic function of the college labor union under the policy, namely, the function of safeguarding the rights of the laborers. The third part discloses some flaws in the social security system and labor laws. Finally, some suggestions on the legislation are given for perfecting collective negotiations and collective contracts, establishing legal duties of labor union laws, and strengthening the arbitration committees for addressing disputes in labor, etc.
