The Curative effect of milrinone lactate on Refractory heart failure

Objective To observe the Curative effect of milrinone lactate on Refractory heart failure. Methods 70 patients with refractory heart failure Admitted from February 2012 to July 2013 were divided into research group and control group. Each group had 35 cases. Based on regular treatment, the patients of control group were given dopamine[5 μg/(kg·min)] to pump into on continuous treatment, while the treatment group were being given milrinone lactate[5 μg/(kg·min)] injection for a treatment, and a treatment was 5 d. Then compared the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter. Results The Curative effect and the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group were better than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significante(P 0.05). The treatment group was no significant different from the control group on left ventricular end diastolic diameter(P 0.05). Conclusion Milrinone lactate was good for the treatment of the Refractory heart failure, which is worth popularizing.
