The curative effects of milrinone on refratoryheart failure

Objective To explore curative effects of milrinone on refractory heart failure.Methods 96 case of refractory heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group,48 cases each.In addition to routine treatment,contrast group were treated with dopamine continuous infused 5μg/(kg·min),And the treatment group were treated with milrinone,infused as 0.5μg/(kg·min);5 days as a course.To observe symptom,sign,heart rate and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and the left ventricular end—diastolic diameter (LVEDD)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83%,the difference between the two groups is significant.There existed no significant differences in LVDP after treatment between both groups,but compared with contrast group,milrinone obviously improved LVEF and decreased heart rates of patents.Conclusion Milrinone can obviously improve heart function of patients with refractory heart failure.
